About the Owner
Adam M. Wells
Adam M. Wells is a Tampa native and began his career in the construction industry in 2000 at the age of 18. He started out on a hand digging crew, excavating for underground utilities. He quickly began learning to operate heavy equipment. Putting those skills to use, he was able to learn and master all aspects of excavation and earthworks. After gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience, the economy began to slow in 2006. With the Great Recession taking its toll on the construction industry, and countless construction companies folding, work was becoming scarce. Adam decided to join the United States Army in February of 2007. He proudly served for 10 years and served in 3 combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. After retiring from the Army in 2017 and moving back to the Tampa Bay Area, Adam decided to enter back into the construction industry and apply his knowledge and leadership skills he developed in the Army. After a few years in management positions, Adam and his family decided to start Earth Works Solutions, Inc. Adam's leadership, dedication, drive, experience and love for this country are what makes this company second to none.
